Microsoft Teams
PBS LearningMedia content can be easily shared on the Microsoft Teams platform by copying and pasting PBS LearningMedia resource links. Your students can access the content right from their Microsoft Teams account. This section shows you how.
- From the PBS LearningMedia website, click the resource that you want to share with your class on the Microsoft Teams platform and on the left side of the resource, click Build a lesson (Figure 1).

- The resource displays as a lesson with all elements automatically populated. In the Lesson Title textbox, type a title for this lesson and in the Instructions slide textbox, provide some guidance for your students on what you expect them to do with the lesson you are assigning to them.
- Click the Choose dropdown menu to add additional slides to your lesson, if desired.
- AT the bottom of the page, click the checkbox acknowledging the privacy policy (Figure 2.1).
- Click Save & Assign (Figure 2.2).

- When the popup box appears, click Get assignment code (Figure 3).

- Click Copy link to copy the URL (Figure 4).

- From your Microsoft dashboard, click Teams (Figure 5).

- In the top menu, click Assignments (Figure 6.1).
- On the left side of the page, click Create (Figure 6.2).
- From the menu that displays, click Assignment (Figure 6.3).

- In the Title textbox, type a title for your assignment (Figure 7.1).
- In the Instructions textbox, type any instructions you want to share with your students (Figure 7.2).
- Click Add resources (Figure 7.3).

- On the left side of the page, click Link (Figure 8.1).
- On the right side of the page, type or paste the URL you copied from the PBS LearningMedia in the Web address textbox (Figure 8.2).
- In the Text to display textbox, type the link text you want to display (Figure 8.3). Link text is the text that displays as the link that people will click.
- Click Attach (Figure 8.4).
